This is not a problem at the moment because Optional already requires
Utility:
C:\Projects\boost-git\boost>dist\bin\boostdep optional
Primary dependencies for optional:
[...]
utility:
<boost/utility/compare_pointees.hpp>
from <boost/optional/optional.hpp>
and, besides, Utility is no longer the monster it once was.
