To receive the notification of updates in Boost.Preprocessor tickets,
one can do this:
1. Subscribe Boost-bugs list:
http://listarchives.boost.org/mailman/listinfo.cgi/boost-bugs
2. On your email client, filter out mails from Boost-bugs that
do not have "Component: preprocessor"
