I also think that we should change the "Correctness and testing" category to
"Correctness, testing, error reporting, and diagnostics" and put Log,
Exception, and throw_exception there. They're Miscellaneous now, which
doesn't seem quite correct.
Incidentally, Exception appears to be missing meta/libraries.json. We're
probably waiting for Emil to merge the pull request, I'll ping him. :-)
