Subject: [boost] Autolinking broken in master

There's a report that autolinking is broken for a fresh recursive
checkout of master, due to b2 generating 1.57 libraries while
boost/version.hpp still reports the version as 1.56.
This commit setting BOOST_VERSION in Jamroot made it to master:
