Subject: [boost] [Boost Library Incubator] Unable to submit library

I tried to submot a library to the Boost Library Incubator only to get a
parsing error message followed by absolutely nothing happening no matter
how many times I attempted to click the Submit button. It is no fun
re-entering all that data again.
