I think also you might consider acting a review manager for another
library before asking anyone to act as review manager for yours.
We'll never process the queue if everyone wants but no one wants to
give.
Getting your library reviewed is more about crossing off any possible
reasons why it shouldn't be reviewed rather than making a case for
that it should be reviewed.
