Subject: [boost] Help transfer type_index library to the boostorg

Hi,
TypeIndex library was accepted into the Boost. Only a few minor issues
remain unfixed so it's time to transfer the library to the boostorg.
Unfortunately I have no permissions to do so. Could someone help?
