Is this the same as the doxygen_xml2qbk tool in Boost.Geometry?

I've been pleased with Boost.Geometry's doxygen_xml2qbk, though it is
brittle and I had to patch it to get it to generate the right results as
previously it didn't list structure member variables or their documentation.
