Subject: [boost] [algorithm] More general purpose algorithms?

Hi,
I am new to using boost libraries. I want to contribute to
[boost.algorithm]. I see that there is scope for adding more general
purpose algorithms in the library now.
If I might have some ideas, is this the right place to propose and discuss
them? Do I need to follow any procedure and/or address a specific person?
