Hello,
It has been pointed out before that `boost::decay` and `std::decay` are
not exactly the same. The standard does remove CV qualifiers while boost
doesn't. See https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/7760
I would like to know if there is a resolution on this issue. If the
difference is intentional, then I suggest a note be added to the
documentation. I could prepare a patch either way.
