Subject: [boost] [icl] HTML doc consumes more than 50 MB

The HTML doc in `libs/icl/doc/html/boost/icl` consumes
more than 50 MB on my system.
This directory contains about 2000 docs and there are many duplicate docs.
Joachim, could you improve the situation?
