as requested I've renamed boost.stratified to boost.fiber.
archive is avialble at : http://olk.bplaced.net/boost-fiber.zip
for those in Japan, Korea, etc please use http://www.hidemyass.com/ (proxy) to circumvent http 403 from the web-hoster.
