Subject: [boost] [Intrusive] Cleaning up trailing white space

>From what I can tell a lot of Boost libraries would benefit
from this, but in particular I want this for the Intrusive library.
It helps to improve compile times and reduce the space
needed by Boost.
I used
grep " $" *
to help with that here.
