There is no numeric_cast.hpp header in SVN that is used by numeric_cast`s tests.

'boost/cast.hpp' contains this:
// Revision History
// 23 JUn 05 numeric_cast removed and redirected to the new verion
(Fernando Cacciola)

This looks strange, yes. But it is not caused by the modularization.
