I may be mistaken, but it looks like boost::mpl::vector_c may have been
moved from <boost/mpl/vector.hpp> to <boost/mpl/vector_c.hpp> and it
appears <boost/gil/metafunctions.hpp> has not been updated to reflect this
change.
