Subject: [boost] [quickboost] single HTML page?

Hello all,
Is there a way to have quickbook generate a single HTML page? (Maybe some
XSL param...)
Right now, different sections appear on different HTML pages. But for a very
simple doc, I only have 3 short sections and it'd make more sense for them
to be displayed on a single page while still remain separate section and
appear separately in the table of context.
