Sorry that I didn't reply to this sooner. I think the best thing to do is
to make the changes to 'libs/libraries.htm' in trunk, and then ask for
feedback. If there are no objections, then merge to release and I'll update
the website (or you're welcome to if you fancy dealing with the xml).
