No, i hope that in 2011, except for stupidly old compiler, everybody
support 03. We're not paid to support Borland 4 nor ICC 3 nor g++ 2.95.1

Yes and use it as a pushing factor for C++11 support in compilers
vendor, the ame way Boost made 03 supported all over the place.
