There's a regression in type_traits caused by the addition of
compiler-intrinsic support for Clang - this got reverted on Trunk after a
flurry of discussion a while back:
http://listarchives.boost.org/Archives/boost/2011/06/182844.php. Unfortunately it
appears it never got reverted on the release branch.
Can we please revert this?
