Artyom, I am simply pointing out that dropping the "UTF-16 is harmful/MSVC is broken" rhetoric might avoid *unnecessarily* prejudicing Asian programmers against Boost Locale.
I emphasise *unnecessarily* because, with the possible exception of gettext, there does not actually seem to be any problem with the library for Asian programmers!
