Subject: [boost] [optional] swap not a member of boost::optional

It seems like boost::optional has a swap member function on trunk but
not on release, and it's been this way for a few releases already. Can
we get this inconsistency resolved? I've been bitten by it a few times
already when merging things to the release branch.
