following is a small patch to fix a compilation issue with
boost/random/subtract_with_carry.hpp:

That issue has been spotted by Fedora packagers in the building of the
QuantLib library: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=621631
Could someone add that patch to the 1.44 branch?
