Yeah, a typo here - I should have proof read more. Thanks for the
exhaustive answer. That's more than I would have expected in my
wildest dreams.
I am lobbying my employer for some Visual C++ 2008 to 2010 license
upgrades. The standard to professional edition promotional upgrade is
inexpensive enough.
