Yes. Until then, you can use a SVN client (for example Tortoise SVN)
and download it from Trunk: http://svn.boost.org/svn/boost/trunk/
Beware, however, that Trunk is being modified all the time with
possibly breaking changes in various libraries. Current Trunk test
logs are here: http://www.boost.org/development/tests/trunk/developer/summary.html.
