[boost] Boost wiki site spammed.

   Hi all.

   The wiki page at 
http://www.crystalclearsoftware.com/cgi-bin/boost_wiki/wiki.pl?LibrariesUnderConstruction 
has been changed by a spammer. However, when I tried to revert the 
change I get an error message:

> 'Spam content found, page will not be saved.'
