[boost] [filesystem] GCC -Wshadow warnings

Will http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/1770 be fixed in Boost
1.36.0? I filed it 3 months ago, and I notice that 1.36.0 is being
closed for bug fixes on July 3.
