[boost] Invalid numeric_cast references in the documentation.

   Hi.

   There are some invalid numeric_cast references in the lexical_cast 
documentation 
(http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_35_0/libs/conversion/lexical_cast.htm).

   There may be others as well.
