They're both caused by broken links, the correct locations are:
http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_35_0/libs/optional/doc/html/index.html
http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_35_0/libs/numeric/conversion/doc/html/index.html
I'm going to look into fixing these soon, and changing the script so
that it returns a 404 when appropriate.
