[boost] [threads] [1.35 RC2] forward declaration of exclusive_lock without definition in thread/locks.h

Hi,

In boost/thread/locks.hpp, there is a forward declaration which is not 
defined anywhere.

template<typename Mutex>
class exclusive_lock;

I suppose that this is an error.
