Release Candidate 1 is available at http://boost.cowic.de/rc/
Since there may well be major issues with this first RC, I'm very
deliberately not posting this notice to the users list, and am not
pushing the files out to Sourceforge.
Presumably we will have more confidence in RC2, and will announce it on
the users list.
