I've noticed that if a message was crossposted then gmane only picks it up in
one of the newsgroups via the news.gmane.org interface.
Also, as far as listed archives are concerned
(http://boost.org/more/mailing_lists.htm#main) "The Mail Archive" seems to be
stuck at 2003 and probably should be removed from the list.
