[boost] [log] Boost Logging Lib v2, 0.9.3

Hi all,

I've completed a major update of Boost Log:
http://torjo.com/log2/

- added scenarios
- allow for fast compiles
- updated docs
- compiles with gcc 3.4.2 and VC 2005

Feedback is most welcome!

Still to do:
- update docs (in parts of the docs I use obsolete examples)
- use TLS
