[boost] [test] Failing on Darwin

Boost.Test is failing on Darwin with: http://tinyurl.com/37983b

I'm attaching a message from the Boost-testing list that explains a 
workaround.  I'm guessing that maybe sigemptyset is a macro on this 
platform, and that conflicts with the :: qualifier?
