Since asio did not made it into 1.34 and 1.35 not likely to have
quarterly schedules until a release-ready branch is established:
Is there a drop in or backported (to 1.34) asio available somewhere?
I tried the one from trunk, but this doesn't work because of dependency
on system lib, which is not yet available in 1.34.
