[boost] [Bug #1077] Could we consider this to be included in 1.34.1, still?

Hi all,

I just opened the ticket #1077 'Spirit integer parser does not always detect
integer overflow' (http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/1077). A patch is
attached. Could we consider to include this in 1.34.1 still?
