What do you mean by parallel? Do you mean running bjam with say a "-j4"?
If so, the only requirement is that we fix the parallel bjam output bug
you already fixed for the non-Windows bjam. So, theoretically you could
start running parallel tests now by using the bjam you fixed and passing
"--bjam-options=-j4" to regression.py (or directly to bjam if you don't
use the python script).
