Hi all,
The Circular Buffer library has been added to boost (HEAD CVS).

The implementation reflects the suggestions and improvements as a result of the formal review:
- defined exception safety for every method
- introduced new methods array_one(), array_two() and rerase()
- contains several bug fixes and solves some compiler issues
- contains better documentation in general
