[boost] [string algorithm] Missing documentation for join

    The string algorithm documentation still hasn't been fully updated 
to include information on join.  You need to edit the front page under 
"usage" (http://www.boost.org/doc/html/string_algo.html) and the usage 
page (http://www.boost.org/doc/html/string_algo/usage.html).
