This issue with the toolset for building msvc is documented here:
http://www.boost.org/more/getting_started.html#Tools. Notice under the msvc
option it refers you to the msvc-7.1 etc.. toolsets. I don't know how
difficult it would be to change the toolset code to do an autodetect as it
does for gcc.
