I 'once' looked at every cgi-ish library on sourceforge. My eyes still
occasionally bleed. ;)
This is the first library I found, and was the inspiration for me starting
on this library (before SoC came around). It's a pity it isn't complete. I'm
very grateful Peter Simons (who pops up on this list now and then) put it
out there.
