[boost] [intrusive] New version uploaded

Hi to all,

I've just uploaded a new version of Intrusive, the intrusive container 
library.

You can find the library in Boost.Vault/Containers:

These are the changes from the last version:

-> Added ihashset and ihashmultiset hashed intrusive containers.

-> Bugfixes and performance enhancements.

-> Documentation has been improved. Intrusive uses new quickbook code 
importing feature to maintain documentation examples synchronized with 
the library.

Tested in WinXP-Visual 7.1 and MinGW-gcc 4.1
