I just grabbed RC_1_34_0. I ran configure and was surprised to see:
Generating Boost.Build configuration in /home/nbecker/user-config.jam...
That's not really expected behavior, to write to my home dir. Probably not
really useful either if I build as a different user. Why don't we just
write the the build dir?
