There are some programmers which have never heard of the standard
containers or even never heard of templates.
Given the low quality of web tutorials, some books and even the low
quality of some courses in college, you can't expect all people to know
the right way to code.
Maybe some evangelization of the profits of modern C++ is what's really
needed to spread boost more.
