[boost] [variant/mpl] increase in BOOST_MPL_LIMIT_LIST_SIZE not affecting #types a variant can hold

Hi,

Test case and compiler output (gcc 4.0.x/Linux) attached.

Would be nice if someone with karma could add this (or something similar) to 
the regression tests for variant.
