ALL the code in that file uses the <pre></pre> tags, just like any other
code in .html files.
A difference I see between that file and some others I just looked at
is that my file uses the following tag to load the boost style sheet.
<LINK REL="stylesheet" TYPE="text/css" HREF="../../boost.css">
