[boost] [statechart] Request for help with Code Warrior failures

Hi there

On both CW versions that statechart is currently tested against, I get 
some strange failures:

1. Overload resolution behaves unexpectedly:

2. In the four tests that build libs or dlls, there seems to be a 
problem with finding header files:

Any help in fixing these is highly appreciated.
