After fixing some GCC errors wrt 1e##exponent and
excess typenames, some attempts run 30 minutes before
encountering more errors. But that was before I
updated mpl_math. If compile times don't improve
significantly enough, I may have to reimplement
rational_c the way I did big_integral.
