I want to thank John for all his hard work in getting us to this point and
hope he will be encouraged by the discussion his submission has raised.
I really believe that there is a lot about this library that has merit and
hope he has the strength and patience to continue with a new iteration of
the library as it really is an important library for robust software
development.
