Hello,
the example code in the Boost.Parameter tutorial #includes
<boost/parameter/keyword.hpp> as only Boost.Parameter header.
This is apparently insufficient, since I get errors regarding incomplete
types (e.g. return type `struct
boost::parameter::aux::tagged_argument<graphs::tag::index_map, const
char[13]>' is incomplete ).
With <boost/parameter.hpp> #included, there are no errors.
