[boost] CSS expert advice needed

It has frustrated me that footnotes are rendered in such extremely
small type in the Parameter library documentation
(http://www.boost-consulting.com/libs/parameter), but I can't tell
what needs to change in the CSS to fix it.  Can anyone help?
